These Terms of Service govern the use of SchoolEdge Workbook, a school management platform provided by QuestLyft Ltd. By accessing or using SchoolEdge Workbook, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Use of the Platform
SchoolEdge Workbook is provided to help schools manage student information, grading, school fees, attendance, reporting, discipline tracking, and communication. The platform should only be used for lawful school administration and educational management purposes.
2. Account Registration
Schools and authorized users may be required to create accounts to access the platform. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use the platform responsibly and lawfully
- Keep usernames and passwords confidential
- Ensure that only authorized personnel access school data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date school information
- Report any suspected unauthorized access or system misuse
4. School Data
Schools remain responsible for the accuracy, ownership, and lawful use of the data entered into SchoolEdge Workbook. QuestLyft Ltd processes school data only for the purpose of providing, maintaining, supporting, and improving the platform.
5. Fees and Payments
Access to certain features of SchoolEdge Workbook may require payment of subscription, setup, support, or service fees. Payment terms, billing cycles, and service scope may be agreed separately with each school.
6. SMS and Communication Services
SchoolEdge Workbook may allow schools to send SMS messages or other communications to parents, guardians, staff, or students. Schools are responsible for ensuring that messages sent through the platform are accurate, appropriate, and authorized.
7. Availability of Service
We aim to provide reliable access to SchoolEdge Workbook. However, service availability may be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, hosting issues, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the platform and school data. However, users are responsible for protecting their own devices, passwords, and account access.
9. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Share login credentials with unauthorized persons
- Upload false, unlawful, harmful, or misleading information
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
- Use the platform for purposes unrelated to school administration
10. Intellectual Property
SchoolEdge Workbook, including its software, design, branding, features, and related materials, is owned by QuestLyft Ltd. Schools and users are granted a limited right to use the platform according to these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
QuestLyft Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Schools are encouraged to regularly review, verify, and back up critical institutional information where necessary.
12. Suspension or Termination
Access to SchoolEdge Workbook may be suspended or terminated where there is misuse, non-payment, security risk, breach of these terms, or discontinuation of service.
13. Privacy
Use of SchoolEdge Workbook is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
